As a German-Speaking Cruise Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our clients and their dream vacations. You'll handle inquiries, sell cruise packages, and provide exceptional support, ensuring every customer's journey is smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and travel agents, providing expert guidance and assistance.


• Sell cruise packages, tailoring recommendations to meet individual customer needs.


• Enhance customer experiences by offering complementary products and services.


• Provide comprehensive customer support for booking management, addressing any inquiries or issues.


• Assist travel agents with bookings and booking management, ensuring seamless collaboration.


• Provide detailed information on destinations, cruise ships, documentation requirements, and pricing.


• Answer a range of customer questions with professionalism and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or near-native fluency in German (spoken and written).


• Ability to navigate and manage multiple computer platforms simultaneously.


• Familiarity with social media and apps, demonstrating strong digital literacy.


• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a network cable (essential for home-based work).


• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences.


• Strong ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.


• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  

What We Offer:

• Base salary of €1100/month.
