Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls.

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.


• Follow communication procedures and guidelines set by the client.


• Go the extra mile to engage customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German (minimum level B2).


• English proficiency (minimum level C1).


• Excellent communication skills.


• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.


• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
