• handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information about insurance products;


• assist clients with policy details, coverage inquiries, and policy cancellations;


• support insurance brokers by directing their inquiries to the appropriate channels;


• maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction;

• fluent in Dutch (C2 level) – Native or near-native proficiency;


• english (B2 level) – Intermediate knowledge for internal communication;


• strong communication and interpersonal skills;


• friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach; 


• ability to remain calm under pressure;


• previous experience in customer service is a plus;

• contract: 6-month renewable contract with the possibility of extension;


• base salary: €1,100/month;


• complexity bonus: €100/month;


• performance bonus: €100/month;


• meal allowance: €7.23/day;


• transport allowance: €20/month;


• work Schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (rotating shifts);


• days off: Weekends;
