As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional B2B customer support, assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance their experience. Leverage your Catalan and English fluency to make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately identify and verify account information.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and support excellence.
- Provide swift and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in Catalan and professional fluency in English (C1 level, spoken and written) .
- High School diploma (mandatory).
- Stable and consistent work history (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience with a strong customer-centric focus (mandatory).
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work various shifts, including rotational shifts on-site (100%).

- Competitive Base Salary.
- Complexity Bonus: €50/month.
- Meal Allowance: €7.23/day.

- Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
