• responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.


• utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.


• maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.


• collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.


• staying updated on client's latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.


• exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

• native or advanced Danish (C2) proficiency;


• intermediate level of English (B2);


• excellent communication skills;

What do we have for you?

- base salary of 1500€/month;
- performance bonus up to 80€/month;
- schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time)
- 2 days off: Saturday and Sunday
- working contract: 6 months (renewable);
