As a Customer Experience Navigator, you'll be the pivotal point of contact, transforming inquiries into seamless experiences and resolving any voyage hiccups with grace and efficiency, specifically for our German-speaking clientele within the dynamic tourism sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing stellar support in German across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with a warm and professional demeanor, tailored to tourism-related inquiries.


• Mastering the intricacies of our tourism offerings to deliver accurate and insightful information in German.


• Navigating customer concerns in German with empathy and turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty within the tourism context.


• Meticulously documenting interactions in our system to ensure a smooth customer journey within their tourism experience.


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience for German-speaking customers in the tourism sector.


• Staying abreast of industry trends and product updates within the tourism industry to provide cutting-edge support in German.

We’re seeking a dynamic individual with the following exceptional skills:

• Native or near-native fluency in German, both verbal and written, capable of crafting clear and engaging interactions related to tourism services.


• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, as well.


• A knack for problem-solving, with the ability to think on your feet and deliver effective solutions within the tourism field.


• A genuine passion for customer service, with a dedication to exceeding expectations in the tourism industry.
