• foster meaningful customer relationships through proactive communication and trust-building.


• provide tailored support to customers, addressing a wide range of queries across account issues, payments, technical challenges, and platform usage.


• deliver timely and effective solutions to ensure a seamless experience for users.


• identify and recommend improvements to internal processes, ensuring our customer service is always evolving.


• assist across various communication channels, including calls, emails, live chat, and social media, delivering top-notch service in every interaction.

• fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).


• strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.


• preferably, previous experience in a call center or customer service role.


• a high school diploma or higher education degree.


• enthusiasm for sports and a commitment to delivering excellent support.

What do we have for you?

• base salary: €1,100/month.


• meal allowance: €7.23 per day.


• a 6-month renewable contract with potential for growth.


• schedule: monday to sunday, between 8am and 11pm (rotative shifts);


• days off: 2 days  (rotative)


• work onsite in Lisbon in a dynamic and supportive environment.
