customer care - french and english (m/f/x).

• first point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador;


• assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries;


• provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality;


• provide technical support, troubleshoot of system configurations, and network settings;


• provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries;


• keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

native or advanced French (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
excellent communication skills;
experience in customer service is a plus;

What do we have for you?

- base salary of 895€/month;
- performance bonus up to 100€/month;
- meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- schedule: monday to sunday (including bank holidays), between 7am and 9pm (Rotational shifts);
- 2 days off: 2 day rotational
- working contract: 6 months (renewable);
