Document verification and validation during registration in the back office using Salesforce.
Conducting onboarding sessions with buyers from the German market to provide guidance and identify the best offers.
Managing debt collection procedures in the event of non-payment by buyers.
Coordinating after-sales activities, including addressing purchase-related issues and managing transportation coordination.
high school diploma (mandatory);
call center experience (an advantage);
native German;
advanced English (C1);
