Backoffice position: you will not deal with clients; only with lawyers, legal officers, NEB ( National Enforcement Bodies).
NEB - whose role is to verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights.
Passengers who believe their rights, under the regulation, have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place.
Manage these situations with these agencies before going to court.
Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;
Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and teamwork;
Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred;
A previous experience in customer service is a plus;
What do we have for you?
- base salary of 1100€/month;
- position bonus of 75€/month
- performance bonus up to 150€/month;
- welcome bonus: 3000€
- schedule: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time)
- 2 days off: Saturday and Sunday
- office based position (no possibility of homeworking);
- working contract: 6 months renewable
