...Your Role:
1. Billing – Credit Control
Ensure the quality and accuracy of customer billing processes in line with contract terms and established procedures, including all necessary supporting documentation.
Maintain a structured customer invoicing process, including prioritization, codification, and provision of costs to be invoiced.
Ensure proper archiving and recording of all proformas and invoices sent to customers (electronically).
Assist the Lead in presenting invoices to customers, addressing any inquiries, and gathering any required documents.
Support the Lead in reconciling customer costs with verified billing in accordance with contract terms to identify and correct discrepancies.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of all reports related to credit management and invoicing, as well as associated KPIs (Weekly Map, Account Statements, KPIs, etc.).
2. Accounting
Assist with the accounting of invoices and proformas in adherence to established procedures.
Support the Lead in monthly account closing activities.
Provide support for Audit requirements as needed.
3. Other Responsibilities
Support the Lead and Senior team members in communication and collaboration with various departments when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead or Senior team members based on the evolving needs of Billing and Planning.
