In partnership with our client we are recruiting a German Speaker for a Construction Permits Administrative position.
• Receive and review permit applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and local government agencies to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Track and monitor the status of permit applications, following up on any pending approvals or additional requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding permit application status and requirements.
• Assist in resolving any permitting issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
• Keep abreast of changes in local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the construction permits team as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in construction management/administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and permit processes is preferred.

• Experience in Telecom field.
Mandatory:
• C1 German language.
