● Manage paid online marketing channels (SEM, Amazon ads, Display, Social ads); measure and optimize cost of acquisition
● Oversee campaign setup, define and diligently measure success; run tests, uncover opportunities, scale, learn, iterate and optimize
● Monitor spend documents on a weekly basis to come in on budget and hit goals.
● Manage day-to-day performance of campaigns on Google ads, Bing ads, Amazon ads, Programmatic and other platforms as necessary
● Regularly present results to the Head of Growth along with ongoing strategy refinements
● Define and manage processes for coordinating content, design and marketing activities in order to optimize campaign strategies and content
● Experiment with emerging, creative or other non-traditional acquisition tactics (growth hacks)
