As Accounting Officer, you report to the Accounting Supervisor and are to:

• Be responsible for all VAT-related transactions: booking, VAT return and reconciliation;


• Manage Inter-company reconciliations, in accordance with firm policies and tax rule;


• Assist the preparation of tax return sent to the tax administration;


• Be responsible of accounts reconciliation;


• Participate in the design and improvements of the company’s accounting activities and ensure proper documentation of the permanent file;


• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP;


• Assistance during the month-end closings;


• Provide support to the accounting department on various accounting-related tasks;


• Participate in the design and improvement of the company’s accounting activities and ensure proper documentation of accounting records and permanent file


• Collaborate to ad hoc projects and analyses.

• Significant experience (at least 3 years) in the accounting department of an international company;


• Experience with VAT and tax returns;


• Fluent in English;


• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);


• Service oriented;


• Team player, flexible, autonomous;


• Analytically minded;


• Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities.
