Execution of HR development plans and follow-up according to defined targets;
Supports communication channels and meetings to identify and provide answer to business needs;
Budget follow-up, controlling and proposing effective preventive measures;
Human Resources suppliers search, negotiation and settle commercial conditions according with corporate policy and procedures;
Develops work plans (actions, deadlines, resources, performance indicators, etc.) of the different HR projects;
Propose and design procedures that result in the continuous improvement of the business;
Develops and applies all applicable matters in accordance with corporate policies (recruitment, training, potential and career plans, performance assessment, Talent Review).
